CMF's College of Physiotherapy & ATSS - IICMR New buildings were inaugurated by the auspicious hands of Hon. Shri. Sharadchandraji Pawar Minister for Agriculture & Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution. (Govt. of India) on 30th June 2005 in the presence of Hon. Shri. Dilip Valse Patil Minister for Medical Education, Technical Education & Power. (Govt. of Maharashtra), Hon. Dr. Prabhakar Deshpande Former Chairman of Maharashtra State Minimum Wages Advisory Board (Govt. of Maharashtra).

Also eminent guests graced the occassions i.e Mrs Mangaltai Kadam Mayor PCMC, Laxman Jagtap MLA PCMC Mr Gajanan Ekbote Dean Medical Faculty University of Pune, Mrs Kamaltai Dhole Patil MLA Pune, Azambai Pansare Former Mayor, Mr Bhosale Chief PCNTDA. PCMC, Doctors and officers, Superintend of many well known hospitals, Bank Managers and many more .

The function was started with welcome speech by Mrs Ashwini Kulkarni Director of ATSS & IICMR, followed by a welcome song, It was followed by lighting of the lamps .

Mr M D Jambhekar Chairman of CMF's College of Physiotherapy & ATTSS & IICMR, Felicitated the guests and gave a brief introduction of the institute. The Guests gave speeches and advices the program ended with vote of thanks by Dr Mrs Savita Rairikar Principal College of Physiotherapy. Mr Abhay Kulkarni one of the Trustee compared the program.

     
 
 

The college of Physiotherapy is recognized by government of Maharashtra vide Order No. MED- 1593/CR/356/93 dated 12.3.97. The degree imparted is Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.PTh.) with four and half years of duration including internship by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
 
 

The Bachelor degree of Physiotherapy is specially designed to provide clinical training along with sound academic reinforcement, clinical services for patients are also envisaged.
