It’s been 25 long years, Chaitanya Medical Foundations College of Physiotherapy, OPD is providing quality health care services and education since the inception of the college. Formerly the OPD was situated in Nigadi arena and its continuing its healthcare services at Chinchwad and the surrounding PCMC area . It had started with a small physiotherapy setup and has now reached new heights by being a full fledged independent physiotherapy OPD.
Here we are abided to provide a detailed physiotherapy evaluation diagnosis. Treatment is formulated and executed by the specialised and experienced staff. As the primary aim of CMF OPD is to provide physiotherapy care to all the social strata,the charges are kept at a subsidised rate and various package systems are introduced. We do revise our charges for the patients below poverty line.
OPD also offers its extended community services to Apang Vidyalaya - Nigdi, Mother Teresa Home - Chinchwad, Disha Dehu Cantonment and has also been a physiotherapy service for various marathons arranged in PCMC area .
Paediatric Neuro Rehabilitation plays a pivotal role in maximizing functional status and quality of life in children with special needs. Our exclusive paediatric OPD provides comprehensive and focussed treatment regimen and rehabilitation to special children i.e. differently abled children of conditions like
-Our well-equipped OPD delivers dedicated and skill full interventional approach using various newer techniques like neurodevelopmental technique(NDT), sensory integration, orthotics and prosthetics, mirror therapy, constraint induced movement therapy, oromotor stimulation technique, hand training and rehabilitation etc to improve motor and/or sensory function difficulties, to restore cognition, attention, speech and also to maximise ambulatory functions, social interaction and participation of such children.
